Kawasaki KLR 685 and 705 Kits:

M-tech has completed our dyno testing with the Kawasaki KLR 685 kits. With the head porting, some jetting changes and only a slip-on muffler, we have gained 20% horsepower consistently.

All our testing has been done with premium pump fuel, stock air filter (airbox opened up) and stock cams.

If you are having problems with your KLR burning oil, this kit is the fix. The bike runs smoother, faster, and more reliable.

We can supply all the necessary gaskets to complete the job. We bore the cylinder and fit the rings for $95.00. We can supply the kit or you can send it to us.

Head porting is $250. That includes cleaning up of the valves and re-cutting the seats if necessary. If you send the head in complete with the cams, we will shim the valves for you also at no charge.

We also sell a jet kit for $60.00 that works real well with our set-up.

The 705 kits and oversize valves are also available through us.

We are now currently testing Hot Cams with our 685 kit and head porting. Stay tuned.
