Kawasaki KLR650 685cc and 705cc Kits:

M-Tech has completed our dyno testing with the Kawasaki KLR 685 kits. With the head porting, some jetting changes and only a slip-on muffler, we have gained 20% horsepower consistently.

All our testing has been done with premium pump fuel, stock air filter (airbox opened up) and stock cams.If you are having problems with your KLR burning oil, this kit is the fix. The bike runs smoother, faster, and more reliable.

FMF Q4 vs Leo Vince X-3!

Just tested back-to-back on our own 05 KLR650…We’ve been recommending the FMF Q4 exhaust to our KLR customers for a couple of years, but we recently got a chance to test the Leo Vince X-3 Enduro Slip-On. Our testing found that the X-3 matched the FMF Q4 on horsepower. However, the advantage went to Leo Vince for its noticeably quieter sound. The engine builder also polished the head passages and jetted the carb for the new specs. One week later I embarked on a 8700 mile journey through the Southwest and up the California coast.
